Obituary

Joseph F. "Skippy" LeBlanc, a resident of Woburn and formerly of Waltham, Burlington, Charlestown, and Chelsea entered into eternal life suddenly on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 in his home in Woburn. He was 70 years of age.

Skippy was born in Brookline on June 7, 1952, a son of the late Agnes LeBlanc. He grew up in Chelsea where he was educated in the Chelsea Public School System and graduated from Chelsea High School. Skippy furthered his education by taking classes at UMass Amherst following high school. He worked for over 30 years as a Clerk at Macy's in the South Shore Plaza in Braintree. His hobbies included golfing, bowling, and playing softball.

Skippy is the beloved brother of Tina Perito and her late husband Guy and the late Audrey Leblanc and her late partner Dorene Durette, and Harold F. Leblanc Jr. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Skippy's Funeral Service on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 10 A.M. in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown followed by his burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden. His visiting hours will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. in the funeral home.
