FALL RIVER… Carlos Colon Lopez, age 54, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at St. Anne’s Hospital in Fall River, MA.
Carlos was born in Jayalla, Puerto Rico to the late Ovido Colon and Tomaza Lopez. He was the beloved companion of Stefani Ledoux of Fall River, with whom he shared many years together.
Carlos worked in maintenance for Tech Etch. He was also known for his skills as a mechanic.
In addition to his companion “wife”, Stefani Ledoux, Carlos leaves behind: sons, Alexander Lopez and Javian Lopez, of Fall River, MA; daughters, Karla Colon Vargas of Fall River, MA, Yomaira Tirado of Connecticut, and Jessica Rivera of Pennsylvania; brothers, Jose Ortiz Lopez of Springfield, MA, Jose Miguel Ortiz Lopez of New Jersey, Gabriel Ortiz Lopez of Fall River, MA, Jose Luis Ortiz Lopes of Ohio, Almicar Ortiz Lopez of Ohio; sisters, Maria Ortiz Lopez of Florida, Rosa Iris Ortiz Lopez of Puerto Rico, Carmen Ortiz Lopez of Puerto Rico, Adelina Lopez of Puerto Rico, and Felicita Ortiz Lopez of Florida; 14 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his close friend, Grey Grey. In addition to his parents, Carlos was predeceased by his siblings, the late Rafael Ortiz Lopez and Teresa Ortiz Lopez.
