Lowell Gerald A. "Jerry" Paglia, 76, passed peacefully at his home with his family by his side on July 21, 2022. Gerald was the husband of the late Diane Paglia who passed away in 2013 after over 45 years of marriage.
Gerald was born in Quincy, and was the son of the late Joseph Paglia and Elaine (Gay) Paglia. He grew up in Wollaston and Wilmington, and later made his home in Tewksbury and Lowell.
Jerry was a kind and supportive Dad, and he loved to watch all kinds of sports. In addition, he enjoyed antiquing, old cars and spending time over dinner with friends.
For many years he worked as a technical salesman in the metal finishing industry throughout Eastern Mass. In his younger days, he graduated from Lowell State Teachers College, and he worked as a science teacher in Salem, MA.
He is survived by his three children, Michael Paglia and wife Elizabeth (Wynn) of Methuen, MA; Marc Paglia of Lowell, MA; Michelle Paglia of Lowell, MA and her partner Frankie Canarelli. He is also survived by many brother and sister in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Jerry was the brother of the late, Kenneth Paglia, and the father- in-law of the late Kathleen Paglia.
