JACKSON, S.C. - Jean E. (McIntosh) James, 96, widow of Rev. Donald H, James went to see our Lord on June 3, 2022. Formerly of New Bedford, she was very involved with the Allen Street Church and St. Paul's Methodist Church and for many years was employed at St. Luke's Hospital.
Jean is survived by her daughters Jeanine E. Viera of Sherburne, N.Y. and Kathy Zbydniewski of Jackson, S.C, nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
Her graveside service will take place on Friday the 15th of July 2022 at noon in Rural Cemetery, New Bedford. Guests are asked to meet at the Dartmouth St gate to proceed to the gravesite.
