Obituary

Patrick D. Reilly, 29 of Worcester passed away as a result of a motorcycle accident on Monday, June 20, 2022.

He was born in Boston on April 19, 1993 and was the beloved son of Dennis Reilly and Judi (Coutu) Reilly. He was raised in the Dracut and Chelmsford areas, where he attended the local schools, graduating from Greater Lowell Voke, where he played football. During his childhood years, he also played Dracut Pop Warner Football for many years.

Patrick loved riding his motorcycle, where he felt the most free. He will be remembered for his heart of gold. He was a warm and kind person and a genuine good man.

Before relocating to Worcester, he was employed as a journeyman electrician since high school. More recently, he lived in Worcester and worked as a maintenance technician at Northboro Property Management.

In addition to his devoted parents, Dennis Reilly of Worcester and Judi Reilly of Methuen, he is survived by his beloved sisters, Alyssa Batistine and her husband, Jose of Worcester, and Erin Reilly of Worcester; his nephew, Jeremiah Joseph Batistine of Worcester; and his grandmother, Kathleen (Connors) Coutu of Dracut. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, John Reilly Sr., Carolyn Reilly, Steven Coutu and his wife, Lori, Amy Gillis and her husband, Ricky, Lyn Perreira, Bryan Perreira and Tayna Coutu; and several cousins and friends.

Although taken too soon, Patrick was welcomed into heaven by his grandparents, the late John Reilly, Sr., the late Dolores (Matarazzo) Reilly, and the late Gus Coutu; and his uncle, the late Leo Coutu.

On Sunday, June 26, 2022 all are welcome to attend his calling hours from 1 - 5 p.m. at McDonough Funeral Home, 14 Highland Street, Lowell, MA 978-458-6816.
