Phillip David Michael Fairholm, 33, of Anderson passed away suddenly on June 21, 2022 at his residence.
He was born on June 1, 1989 in Anderson. He worked production at General Motors in Ft. Wayne and at Barber Manufacturing. He loved riding horses, fishing, helping people and spending time on a houseboat.
He is survived by his parents, Cresta (Martindale) and Eric Fairholm; his grandparents, Karen and Randall Bodkin, Victoria Fairholm, and Richard Groce; great-grandmother, Roxanna "Grammie" Bryson; six siblings, Skyler (Amanda) Miller, Tyler Miller, Hunter Fairholm, Calen (Karissa) Fairholm, Faith Fairholm, and Ashley Martindale; two nieces, Aspyn Miller and Aniah Dickerson; a great-niece, Haisley Fairholm; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Michael Martindale; his biological mother, Gina Groce Miller; a grandfather, Ronald Fairholm; and grandparents, Bill and Peggy Martindale.
A private graveside will take place in East Maplewood Cemetery.
The family will have a celebration of life service at a later date.
