Anthony F. Christopher, 86, of Salem, NH, died Monday June 20, 2022 in Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH. He was born in Wakefield, MA on August 31, 1935, a son of the late Pasquale and Geneva (Pierleone) Christopher. He had been a resident of Salem for the past 22 years, formerly living in Wakefield. Anthony was self employed as a mason in the Wakefield area for many years. He enjoyed writing and was very proud of publishing his own book. Anthony also enjoyed collecting coins and stamps, and loved to cook.
He is survived by his daughter, Carolyn Cioffi and her husband David of Medford, MA; his son, Richard Christopher of Chelsea, MA; two granddaughters, Danielle Cioffi of Medford, and Heather Cioffi of Billerica, MA; his great-granddaughter, Shannon Fitzpatrick of Medford; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Calvin Christopher and Robert Christopher.
Following cremation, services may be held at a later date. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is assisting the family with arrangements.
