Evelyn M. Harkins, age 88, of Brockton, died peacefully on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Evelyn was the wife of the late Donald J. Harkins. Born and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Arthur B. and Anastasia M. She was a 1952 graduate of Brockton High School.
Evelyn was a homemaker who loved her family and was the glue that held the family together. She enjoyed time with her family and pets. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, arts and crafts, movies, yardwork and day trips to Plymouth.
Evelyn was the mother of Donna, Peggy, Tara and the late Charles. She was the sister of the late Betty Balzotti and Gloria Jenkinson.
Services will be held at a later date in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
