Obituary

Raymond P. Morneau, Jr. - Survived by his wife, Stephanie J. Morneau, his daughter and son, Hailey and Mason Morneau, his parents, Raymond Sr. and Sylvia Morneau, his brother, Benjamin Morneau and his wife Dawn, his sister, Roselda Vlahos and her husband Daniel, his Brother-in-law, John Howell and wife Shannon, three nieces, Ella Howell, Kathrine Morona and Baylee Morneau and four nephews, Justin Howell, Austin Morneau, Brayden Morneau and DJ Vlahos, and long term mentor, Coach Paul Worth and Best Friend, William Crosby. He was the son-in-law of Denise Howell and the late John Howell, Sr.

A husband, a father, a son, a brother, an uncle, a coach, and a teacher. Loved and respected by so many. Ray adored his wife and children. He was a proud involved father in all aspects of their life. One of his greatest joys as a father was coaching his children.

Ray’s second love was coaching football, first at North Shore Tech and then at Shawsheen Tech for the last eight years. Ray built meaningful relationships with all his players. Rays hardwork and passion for Masonry, led him to the ultimate career he loved, which was being a Masonry Instructor at Shawsheen Tech.

He has instilled the importance of relationships in his children and they will live out their dad’s values.

Many know that in his free time, Ray enjoyed his meticulously maintained boat. He also enjoyed the sound system that you could hear across Ossipee lake. Ray was humble, Ray was kind and he had a big heart that could be felt in his natural ability to go above and beyond for anyone. He loved his home, nature, his firepit, his backyard bar – ‘Ray’s Boom Boom Room’ and the people in his life.

There are no words to describe the loss and heartache that is felt. Despite Ray’s list of successes, the greatest accomplishment in his life was as a loving husband. Ray was Stephanie’s childhood sweetheart and the true love of Stephanie’s life.
