Obituary

On June 7, 2022, Charles “Buck” Louis Coleman passed away at home. He is survived by his devoted partner of 27 years, Stephanie Spanos Morville, her sons Evan Morville and Adam Morville (Amie) and four grandchildren, Macy, Wyatt, Remy and Henry. Dear brother of Ronald Coleman, Jr. (Betty), Richard Coleman (Debra), David Coleman, Billie Coleman, Linda Thiemeyer, Joan Welzant, and Melvin Coleman (Marty). He is predeceased by his brother John Coleman and his parents, John P. Coleman, Sr. and Mary Gunther Coleman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Buck was born and raised in Baltimore and lived in Parkville until his passing. He worked as a mechanic for 12 years for Charlie Irish Chevrolet, 24 years for Kernan and Geitz painting cars and 14 years at Sparrows Point Steel Mill.

He was an avid movie buff and enjoyed watching old TV shows, Gunsmoke, Rifleman, Bonanza: the music of the 40-50’s, Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett: enjoyed the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens games and reminiscing about the Baltimore Colts.

Family and friends may call at The Johnson-Fosbrink Funeral Home, 8521 Loch Raven Blvd. (beltway exit 29B) for a Celebration of Life on Thursday, June 30th from 10a.m. to 12p.m. A Memorial Service will follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Buck’s name to Gilchrist Hospice Center, 11311 McCormick Rd., Suite 350, Hunt Valley MD 21031 or at www.gilchristhospice.org.
