Kathleen Jean Marvill left this world peacefully on June 5, 2022 at the age of 73 due to a year long battle with COPD.
She was born in Brockton, MA on March 5, 1949 to the late Leo V. Hunnewell and Joan W. Hunnewell (Fortier). Kathy is survived by her long time friend and companion Walter Baker of Bridgewater, MA, Her daughter Kristine Reed of Boston, MA. Grandchildren: Mikayla Reed of Keystone, SD, Savanna and Nickolas Reed of Boston, MA. Siblings: Leo Hunnewell, Joanne Lincoln, Elaine Hunnewell of West Bridgewater, MA. and Debra O’Brien (deceased) of East Bridgewater, MA, as well as many nieces and nephews and cousins.
Kathy suffered with an anxiety disorder for many years and rarely left home. She was a true homebody. She loved dogs, enjoyed playing the lottery when she could and was an avid Red Sox Fan, who rarely missed a game. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A private graveside service will be held at Melrose Cemetery in Brockton, MA.
