Scott D. Lombard, 34 of Halifax passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, Ma.
In addition to his parents David and Cheryl (Bowen) of Halifax, Scott is survived by his brother Derek and his wife Stephanie of Windham, Me and his sister Jennifer of Halifax. He was the beloved “fruncle” to his nieces Caitlin Jennifer & Kyleigh Rose of Windham, Me. Scott is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude and thanks to Brenda Roche for providing respite care and friendship. And a special thank you to Dr. Elizabeth Thiele for the amazing care & dedication she has provided over the years.
Scott was a 2005 graduate of Old Colony High School in Rochester, Ma. He had a lifelong love of music and all things electronic. He will be sadly missed by his best friend and constant companion, Gus, his cat.
Although Scott endured many challenges in his short life he did so with great humor and dry wit.
Arrangements by the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street, (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman, Ma. 02382. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 4:00-7:00pm in the Chapel. Funeral services have been omitted in accordance with his wishes.
