Dennis Keith Oliver, 79, of Anderson passed away May 28, 2022 at St. Vincent Anderson.
He was born October 4, 1942 in Anderson. Dennis graduated from Anderson High School in 1960 and Anderson Apprentice School in 1971. He was a toolmaker at Delco Remy Division of General Motors retiring in 1998 as Tool Room Supervisor after 36 years of Service. After retirement, he worked on contract for four years at Delphi Plant 20 on tool follow-up, at New Venture Gear in Muncie and Delco Remy American in Anderson as maintenance Supervisor.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Vicky (Bevelhimer) Oliver; son, Dennis Oliver, Jr. of Tampa, Florida; daughter, Lori (Ron Parker) Fulciniti of Anderson; grandchildren, Shana (Jeff) Miral of Muncie and Conner (Marjorie) Fulciniti of Alexandria; great-grandchildren, Summer and Seth McKee, Savannah Moreland; sister, Pamela (Richard) Adams of Alexandria; brother-in-law, John (Faye) Bevelhimer of Indianapolis and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Hubert Oliver and Opal (Weaver) Oliver and sister, Gene (Oliver) Newkirk.
Service will be Friday, June 3, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service
with Ned Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the service at the funeral home.
Contributions may be given to Riley Hospital for Children.
