WINDHAM- Marguerite Therese (Purvis) Dunn, age 71, passed away on May 20, 2022, at Maine Medical Center.
She was born in Cambridge, MA on April 22, 1951, a daughter of the late Robert and Anna (Hepp) Purvis.
She graduated from Cambridge High and Latin, and also graduated from Suffolk University in Boston with a Bachelor of Science and Arts Degree in Marketing.
Marguerite will always be remembered for the love she had for family and the enjoyment she had spending time with them. She also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and gardening.
She is survived by her children- Chris Dunn of West Baldwin, Timothy Dunn of Windham, and Eddie Dunn of Buxton; her sister- Eileen Purvis of Windham; grandchildren- Ryan, Joshwa, Lukas, and Pierson âPJâ; and an aunt- Marguerite Hepp of Westbrook.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 1, from 11 AM â 12 noon, followed by a 12-noon funeral service at the Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 498 Long Plains Road (Rt. 22) in Buxton. Burial will then follow at Arlington Cemetery in Windham.
