Sandra Marie Holland, 85, of Tifton passed away Monday, May 23, 2022, at her residence. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at Wayside Missionary Baptist Church in Tifton. A eulogy will be given by Greg Hill. Mrs. Holland will be laid to rest at Wayside Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Tifton with remarks by Steven Williford. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at Wayside Baptist Church in Tifton from1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service.
Greg Nimmo, Zach Nimmo, Tanner Nimmo, Daniel Holland, Matthew Liles, Frank Jones and Lance Wilkes will serve as pallbearers.
Born January 5, 1937, in Detroit, Michigan, Mrs. Holland was the daughter of the late Valentine Danielczyk and Irene Kolito Danielczyk. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Before retiring, she worked as a bank teller and a loan officer for over 30 years. She was a member of the Red Hatters and the Senior Citizen Aerobic Class at Tifton’s First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Holland is survived by her husband, William Daniel “Bill” Holland, Sr. of Tifton; one son, William Daniel “Billy” Holland, Jr. of Tifton; two daughters and one son-in-law, Leesa Liles and Susan and Greg Nimmo, all of Tifton; her grandchildren and their spouses, Matthew and Ashley Liles, Heather Holland, Jason Holland, Zach and Rose Nimmo, Tanner Nimmo and Taylor Nimmo; and one great-grandson, Daniel Holland.
