Dartmouth – Manuel Cordeiro, age 78, of Dartmouth, MA, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Margarida (deOliveira) Cordeiro.
Manuel was born in St. Michael, Azores, Portugal and was the son of the late Joao Cordeiro Jr. and Maria dosAnjos (Almeida) Cordeiro. He had worked in the construction field for many years.
Manuel is survived by his wife, Margarida; 2 children, John Cordeiro and his wife Elizabeth and Paul Cordeiro and his wife Susie; 3 grandchildren, Evan, Alivia and Zachary Cordeiro and a brother, Dimas Cordeiro.
Manuel’s visiting hours and funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Visiting hours will take place at Perry Funeral Home from 8:00 A.M. – 9:30 A.M and followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:00 A.M. Burial will immediately follow in Rural Cemetery.
