Obituary

Harries E. Langille, 101, died on May 9, 2022 at Mt. Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
He was born July 2, 1921 in Nova Scotia, Canada, the son of Walter and Hannah (Marriott) Langille. He came to Manchester, NH in 1955 and lived there before coming to Hooksett. He worked for Waumbec Dyeing and Finishing Co. and then as a security guard.
He serves in the Canadian Army Medical Corps during WWII. He landed in France on D Day, June 6, 1944.
He is survived by one brother, Gerald Langille of Nova Scotia, Canada.
He was predeceased by his first wife Winnifred (Crossman) Langille in 1979 and his second wife Margaret (Blaisdell) (Gionet) Langille in 2002, two sisters, Doris and Rita and one brother, Laurie Langille.
He was a member of the Legion of One Thousand Men of the Precious Blood. He was a member of St. Catherine’s Church.
A committal service took place on May 12, 2022 at St. Augustin Cemetery.
