Lilla Franchi, of Melrose, formerly of Medford, May 5th. Beloved mother of Albert Bernardi and his wife Jacqueline of Melrose. Dear sister of Francesco Franchi of Malden. Longtime companion of the late Osvaldo Rosato. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Lilla was born in Italy and was a resident of Medford for most of her life. For many years she worked in food preparation services at the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Somerset Club in Boston. Relatives & friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden on Wednesday May 11th at 10 AM followed by interment in Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford. Visiting hours have been respectfully omitted.
