Wife of the late John P. McKernan. Much loved mother of Jayne Bowe of Duxbury, John P. McKernan, Jr. and his wife Catherine of New York, Kathleen A. and her husband Patrick Clarke of Milton and Timothy McKernan of Weymouth. Sister of Wanda Sorensen of Quincy, Shirley Griffin and Muriel Collier both of Dorchester, Marjorie Petello of Revere, Alma Casey of Roslindale, Leonard Sorensen of Braintree and the late John Sorensen and Dorothy Dicks. Dear grandmother of Jennifer, Michael, Sean and Ryan and dear great grandmother of Benjamin and Cate.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Monday at 10:30 AM.
Visitation prior to service starting at 9:30 AM.
Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.

Arlene loved cooking, especially around the Holidays when her whole family could join her. She also enjoyed vacations at the Cape with her grandchildren.
Sadly missed by all, Rest in Peace dear Mother.
