Gary M. Plant
Former AIM Mutual Insurance Employee
TEWKSBURY: Gary M. Plant, age 57, a longtime Tewksbury resident, passed away at home on Monday, April 25, 2022.
Born in Winchester on May 11, 1964, he was the son of the late Oliver A. Plant and the late Glenna J. (Shippee) Plant.
Gary was raised in Tewksbury and graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School in 1982.
He was employed by the AIM Mutual Insurance Company in Burlington for 14 years.
Gary enjoyed the music of the Grateful Dead and attended many of their concerts. In addition, he cherished traveling to Disney World with his children, taking road trips with his friends and following the New England Patriots, Boston Celtics, and the Boston Bruins.
Survivors include his children, Matthew A. Plant, of Tewksbury, Katelyn A. Plant, of Tewksbury and Abigail I. Plant, of North Billerica: seven siblings, Kara Leonard, of Arizona, Lynn Barsch, of Windham, NH, Kay Antaya, of Andover, Keith Plant, of Texas, Glenn Plant, of Windham, NH, Lori Plant, of Sandown, NH, and Renee Plant, of Londonderry, NH: also, many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Family and friends are invited to his graveside service to be held Thursday, May 5, at 1 p.m. at the Tewksbury Cemetery, 172 East Street, Tewksbury. Please Omit Flowers. Donations in his memory may be made to the National Parks Foundation at www.nationalparks.org
