Obituary

WEBSTER – Stephen J. Saladino, 62, died Saturday, April 16, 2022 at home in the presence of his family.

He leaves his wife of 32 years, Karen A. (Fetherston) Saladino; a son, Christopher T. Saladino and a daughter, Alicia M. Saladino, all of Webster. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Thomas J. Saladino and Vincent J. Saladino and by a sister, Carmela Maria Saladino.

He was born in Cambridge on September 28, 1959, the son of Vincent and Geraldine L. (Barry) Saladino. He lived in Bellingham, Framingham, Vero Beach, FL and Sutton before moving here in 1998.

He served his country in the Army National Guard for several years.

Mr. Saladino was a truck driver before retiring.

He was a devoted fan of the Boston Bruins and the New England Patriots. He enjoyed playing hockey with his friends and his brother Tommy.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 6, at 11:00 AM in Mount Zion Cemetery, Worcester Road, Webster. Military honors will be provided by the Webster-Dudley Veterans Council. Donations in his name may be made to VNA Hospice and Pallative Care, 100 Trade Center, Suite 9-500, Woburn, MA 01801. Arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street.
