Lois Ann Buteau (Williams) age 73, of Raynham, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, in Boston. She was the loving wife of Albert H. Buteau. They were married on May 24, 1969 and celebrated fifty two years of marriage.
Born and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Augustus and Margaret (Duncanson) Williams.
Mrs. Buteau attended Brockton Public Schools, graduating from Brockton High School, Class of 1967 and attended Massasoit Community College, earning an associate degree.
She worked as an office manager for Land Tech Corporation in Stoughton. Lois was a kind and loving person who was generous to others. She was an animal lover and was a best friend to those she loved.
Lois enjoyed cross stich, knitting, reading, watching baking shows, and visiting Twin River Casino.
In addition to her loving husband, she leaves her two daughters, Catherine Dalton, and her husband, Andrew, of Norton and Christine Buteau, of Attleboro; three grandchildren, Olivia Dalton, Victoria Dalton, and Andrew Dalton; a great grandson, Patrick Miller, whom she adored; and her best friend Kathy Wallace.
To honor the wishes of her family, funeral services will be private and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
