George Henry ‘Spidah’ Walsh, Jr.

LOWELL George Henry ‘Spidah’ Walsh, Jr., 54 of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at his home. He was born on November 30, 1967 in Malden, MA, and was a son of the late George H. Walsh, Sr. and the late Kathleen (Fitzpatrick) Walsh. He was raised in Malden where he attended Malden High School before Middlesex Community College.

George spent the last 14 years with the love of his life, Lisa Wendler-Walsh, with whom he married 9 years ago on July 6, 2013. He was a real jack of all trades, working for many years in construction field throughout the Lowell area. He liked to draw and loved Harley Davidson’s. He was truly a giver and enjoyed helping veterans whenever he could. He was also a member of the Rolling Thunder.

In addition to his spouse, Lisa Wendler-Walsh of Lowell, he is survived by his stepson, Chris Hunter and his daughter, Aria Hunter of Waltham; his siblings, Walter Hennessey, Ray Hennessey, Johnny Hennessey, William Walsh, and Debbie Hennessey; his mother in law, Maureen Galluzzo and her husband, Pete of Maine; and his step mother in law, Joyce Wendler of Wakefield. He is also survived by his beloved dog, Bruin.
? He was predeceased by his siblings, the late Theresa Palermo who passed away in 2020; and son in law of the late Rudolf Wendler.
