Mr. Mark J. Reilly, a lifelong resident of Andover and beloved husband of Carol (Verda) passed away at the Sutton Hill Nursing Center in North Andover on Saturday morning, April 23, 2022. He was 67 years old.
Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, he was the beloved son of the late James J. and Grayce R. (Cooney) Reilly. Mark was employed by the Town of Andover Tree Department and was a Mechanic for Elm Street Automotive, for many years.
In his spare time, he enjoyed helping friends work on their cars and cutting and splitting wood. He loved traveling to Sebago Lake every year with his family and occasional trips to Foxwoods. Mark could be seen selling Christmas Trees at the Lawrence Elks. He will be dearly missed.
Besides his beloved wife, Carol, he is survived by two daughters; Andrea Reilly and her partner, Leo Bibeau of Sandown, New Hampshire and Kelly and her husband Michael Burkhart of Lawrence, Brother David Reilly of Andover and grandchildren; Reilly, Jada Grayce, Dallas and Hudson Bibeau and Lyla and Griffin Burkhart.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Augustine Church, 43 Essex Street, Andover on Friday, April 29, 2022, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Calling hours will be held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover on Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 3 to 8 PM. Interment will be held in the Spring Grove Cemetery in Andover. The family would like to thank the exemplary care from the second floor Sutton Hill Nursing Staff.
