Laura M. Fallon
...lifelong Tewksbury resident; 85
TEWKSBURY - Laura M. (Bonugli) Fallon, age 85, a lifelong resident of Tewksbury, died
Wednesday evening, May 3, at the Woodbrier Nursing Care facility in Wilmington, following a
brief illness. She was the wife of Edward D. Fallon, who died in 1997.
She was born in East Boston, on August 3, 1920, the daughter of the late Leo M. and Madeline
(Labadini) Bonugli. She was a
communicant of St. William’s Church.
She worked as a bookkeeper for Wilmington Grain and Building Supply Company until her
retirement in 1982.
She was a gifted crafter, and participated in many area craft shows. She also enjoyed tending to
her flower gardens around her home.
She is survived by one son, Edward L. Fallon of Tewksbury; one daughter, Joanne M. Fallon of
Tewksbury; two sisters-in-law, Claire Bonugli of Tewksbury, and Marie Fallon of Burlington;
and many nieces and nephews.
She was also sister of the late Leon “Leo” Bonugli.
Her Funeral Mass was celebrated Monday, May 8, in St. William’s Church, Tewksbury. Interment was in
Tewksbury Cemetery. Memorials to the Tewksbury Senior Drop-In Center, Building
Fund, 460 East St. Tewksbury, MA 01876 will be appreciated.
