Carla Stevens (Rea) of Dennisport, Massachusetts passed away Wednesday, April 20th.
Carla bravely battled lupus for most of her life. She was a 1977 graduate of Attleboro High School and worked as a bookkeeper for many years at Panza Shoes in Framingham until she retired. She loved cooking, country music, (especially Dolly Parton), the ocean, her family and friends.
Carla was preceded in death by her mother, Ileane Rea (Swartz), her father Carl Rea and her nephew, John Rea. Carla is survived by her sister Resa Rea-Giles and brother Thomas Rea, brother in-law Allen Giles; and her nephews, Tyler Giles, Evan Giles and Michael Smith. Carla was one of the kindest and sweetest people you would ever meet, and she will missed so much by all that knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Lupus Foundation of America. Prior to her passing, Carla requested funeral arrangements be private.
