Timothy A. Stewart, 52, of North Providence, passed away Friday, April 1, 2022 at home. He was the husband of Reyna Symonds-Stewart. They had been married for 22 years.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Alvin and Margie (Tumor) Stewart. He had lived in North Providence for 16 years previously living in Providence. He had been a professional driver for POD Enterprises for the past two years. He had also worked with Party Rental and Transforce, Inc.
Timothy loved to travel, listen to music, playing pool and spending time with his family.
On Friday we lost a great father and grandfather. We are thankful he was able to watch his children graduate college, get married and build their own families. He taught them well and was proud of the way they lived their lives. Death isn’t easy, but we’re trusting in the Lord’s timing. Please keep him and his family in your prayers.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children: Timothy A. Stewart, Jr. of Cranston, Ryan F. Stewart of Cranston, Chanda Stewart of Cranston, Tea’Nesha King of Providence, Tee’Yanna King of Providence, Bree’Yanna King, Jode’Cia King of Providence, De’Vonte King of Providence, Carmen Morales of Providence, Jamal Grandy of Providence, and Tiqua Grandy of Providence; his brothers, Steven Stewart, Ricky Stewart and Jeffrey Stewart, and seven grandchildren, Kamoni Stewart, Timmya Stewart, Timothy Stewart III, Timothy Stewart IV, Alivia Batista, Isabella Stewart and Valentina Stewart.
His funeral and burial will be private.
