Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Friday at 9:30am. Funeral mass in Christ the King Parish/St. Colman Church at 10:30am. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 pm.
Obituary
Mrs. Heenan died Tuesday morning at the Brockton Hospital after a brief illness. Born and raised in Boston, a daughter of the late James and Mabel (Parsons) Tully. She had been a resident of Brockton since 1967. Mrs. Heenan was a homemaker and also had been a dressmaker in Boston. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and attending craft classes at the Avon Housing Authority. A communicant at St. Colman Church for many years where she volunteered at bingo.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Richard W. Heenan, her children, Richard S. Heenan and his wife Jeanne of Brockton, Kenneth Heenan of Easton, Patricia A. Roland and her husband William of Raynham and Janice M. Chalmers and her husband Sean of Bridgewater, seven grandchildren, Richard M., Dawn M. and Joshua Heenan, Matthew J. and Daniel K. Roland, Meaghen E and Patrick S. Chalmers, two great grandchildren Brianna and Jaelynn Heenan, her sisters, Irene DeMarco of Avon, Dorothy Estano of Kennewick, WA, Mary Kalaigan of Easton, Margaret Phillips of Kennewick, WA and many nieces and nephews.
