Robert John Penney of Lowell passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 18, 2022. He was the husband of Elizabeth Penney, they have been together for ten years, and were married in 2015.
Rob was born on July 12, 1985 in El Paso, Texas, he was the son of John Penney of Dracut, and Kimberlie (Ritson) Marr of Nashua. He grew up in Lowell, and was educated in the Lowell Schools, graduating from Greater Lowell Tech with the class of 2003. He enjoyed going to concerts with his family, camping, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He worked as an audio video technician for Wildcard Home Theater in Billerica, and for Inspired Technology.
In addition to his wife Elizabeth Penney, of Lowell, and his parents, he is survived by his daughters, Olivia Penney, Zoey Penney, his step daughter Jade Desrosiers, his sister Leah Penney of Lowell, and his brothers Joe and Nick Ianuzzo both of Nashua, his niece and nephew Treasure Penney and Alexander Velez, as well as his aunts and uncle, Pete and Angela Ritson of Dixmont, ME, and Maureen Ritson Kerhonkson of NY.
He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
