William Paul Giroux, 43, of Revere, lost his battle with addiction after five years of sobriety on Sunday, March 20, 2022. He was the beloved son of Mary Beth (Shaughnessy) Giroux of Milford, New Hampshire and the late William Giroux.
Born January 21, 1979, in Lowell, he was raised in South Lowell and educated in the Lowell School system.
He worked as a construction worker for American Excavation for more than four years and loved his job. He also enjoyed fishing and music.
In addition to his mother, Mary Beth, he is survived by his four children, Nicholas, Allysandra, Maddison and William Giroux; his aunt and uncle, Ann Marie Mulhare and James Mulhare; as well as his close cousins Ashleigh Stock and her husband Christopher,Christopher Mulhare and Erin Mulhare and his close friend, Anthony Menici.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, the late Leo and Margaret Shaughnessy.
