Marilyn Grace (McNutt) Zebedis, 88, of Anderson went to be with Jesus, her Lord and Savior, March 1, 2022, at her residence after an extended illness.
She was born June 14, 1933 in Wharton, Ohio, the daughter of Allen and Blanche (Clinger) McNutt.
She worked at Marathon Oil Company for 3 years; at Eastman Kodak Lab for 12 years; Delco Remy Accounts Payable for15 years and Anderson Community Schools at 10th Street Elementary as secretary for 12 years. She was a member of First Pentecostal Church in Anderson. She loved helping others! She attended church regularly until Covid and health issues prevented her from doing so. She loved shopping for others, especially family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Zebedis of Anderson, whom she married June 27, 1954; three children, Susan (Ron) Long, Scott (Jen) Zebedis and Staci (Jason) Vallance; six grandchildren, Alexis (Blaine) Albright, Nickolas (Kandace) Long, David Vallance, Cooper Vallance, Kenna Grace Vallance and Joseph Zebedis; four great-grandchildren, Beckett Albright, Graham Albright, Gatlin Albright and Charles Long; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Gary and Susan Landes and their children, Jonathon, Katie and Lindsey.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings, Lowell McNutt, Ruthann Rule and Carroll McNutt.
Celebration of Life service will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at First Pentecostal Church with Bishop Danny St. Clair and Rev. Luke St. Clair officiating. Burial will be in Bronnenberg Cemetery in Chesterfield.
Visitation will be Friday, March 11, 2022 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
