New Bedford–Alvin Santiago died Tuesday April 25, 2006 at the St. Francis Hospital in Chicago IL. He was the father of Brianne Santiago. Mr. Santiago was the brother of Evelyn, Rosa, Jenaro, Orlando and Ramon Santiago.
Mr. Santiago was the son Genaro S. and Rosa (Alrguinzoin) Saldana of New Bedford. He live here most of his life. He was a groundskeeper, at the New Bedford Country Club in Dartmouth.
A funeral service will take place Monday May 1, 2006, at 11:30 AM at Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be Monday May 1, 2006 from 10to 11 A.M. Burial will take place at St John’s Cemetery.
