Gertrude E. (Moeckel) Linton age 88 of Windham, NH, died Thursday at her home.
She was born in Lawrence, MA, grew up and was schooled in Windham, NH. She was a life long resident of Windham, NH.
Mrs. Linton trained as an LPN in Boston, MA, and was a self employed LPN. She worked private duty in Cambridge, MA. She was an active member of the Windham Presbyterian Church, where she was in the Benevolent Society.
She was predeceased by her husband James R. Linton MD.
She is survived by 1 Nephew: Bruce Moeckel of Windham, NH
1 Niece: Barbara Bell of Windham, NH
1 Sister In Law: Elizabeth Moeckel of Windham, NH
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 2 at 10 AM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Cemetery on the Hill, Windham, NH.
Calling hours will be held Monday, May 1 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
