James Terry Marchbanks age 51 died in Grenwood, MS on Wednesday, April 26, 2006. Terry was born in Lodi, Ohio to James Olin Marchbanks and Jeanette Nichols Marchbanks and was VP of Sales for Marchbanks Speciality. He was a member of Anchor Baptist Church and of the Mississippi Quarter Horse Association. He enjoyed sports, hunting, and most of all his horses.
The visitation will be at Seven Oaks on Saturday, April 29, 2006 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM and funeral services will be held in Henry Chapel at Seven Oaks Funeral Home on Sunday, April 30, 2006 at 3:00 PM with Rev. Hal Clark and Rev. Gerald Shook officiating. Pallbearers are: Tommy Ashford, Mike Williamson, Charlie Carter, L.G. Evans, Joseph Flippin and Mickey Aldy. Honorary Pallbearers are: Gary Crafton, Donnie Morris and his entire work crew at Marchbanks Specialities.
Mr. Marchbanks leaves a very special friend Liz Riley of Bell Fontaine, MS; Parents, James and Jeanette Nichols Marchbanks of Grenada, MS, Step-son Ryan Kelly Williams of Memphis; Sisters, Wanda (John) Conner of Lenior, NC, Donna Rogers of Grenada, MS and Dana Smith of Grenada, MS: Brothers, Wally Marchbanks of Grenada, MS and Greg (Cynthia) Marchbanks of Thibodaux, LA. He leaves six nephews, two nieces, three great-nieces and two great-nephews.
Preceding him in death was his wife Brenda Williams Marchbanks.
