Obituary

WORCESTER___Nancy M.(Tavano) Hanley, 89, of 47 Ellsworth St., died Sunday, April 23 in her home. Her husband, Louis Hanley died in 1984.

She leaves a son, Louis Hanley, Jr. of Bridgeton, ME, two brothers, Francis and James Tavano both of Worcester; three sisters, Victoria Kadokas, Rose Quatrussi and Gloria Donahue all of Worcester; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister Yolanda Wondolowski and two brothers Joseph and Tony Tavano.
Mrs. Hanley was born in Worcester, a daughter of Guisto and Marie (Cucison) Tavano and lived here all of her life. Nancy was a homemaker and worked as a welder during World War II. She was a former member of Our Lady of Loreto Church.

The funeral will held on Friday, April 28 with a service at 10:30 a.m. in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home are Thursday, April 27, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
