George F. Bannister Jr., 84, of Londonderry, NH, died Saturday, January 22, 2022, in his home. He was born in Chelsea, MA on July 11, 1937, a son of the late George and Margaret (Keenan) Bannister.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia (Shultz) Bannister; three sons, William Bannister of Derry, NH, Cory Bannister of Derry, and Mark Bannister of Londonderry; daughter, Faith Bannister of Derry; five grandchildren; brother, Michael Bannister of TN; sister, Gracie McIntyre of Murfreesboro, TN and several nieces and nephews. George is predeceased by his son George Bannister, III and his sister, Gwen Conquest.
Calling hours were held on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Funeral services followed at 11:00AM in the funeral home. The burial was in NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy., Boscawen, NH at 2:00PM.
