Elizabeth A. (English) Willette 69, of Haverhill, formerly of Newburyport MA, passed away on January 13, 2022 after a lengthy illness at Cedar View Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Methuen MA.
She was born in Lowell MA on June 14, 1952, the daughter of the late Faye (Fowler) and William English Jr.
Elizabeth worked for many years in various nursing homes caring for the elderly and working as a cook.
Elizabeth, also known as Betty, loved family cookouts. She really enjoyed playing video games with her grandchildren. She loved quilting and made several for her children and grandchildren.
Elizabeth is survived by her four children, Charles K Fowler lll and his wife Cheryl of Middleton MA, Michael Fowler and his wife Stacy of Seabrook NH, David Fowler and his wife Lynda of Merrimac MA and Holly Fowler and her wife Gloria of Florida. Sisters Mary English of Merrimac MA, Verna Bizeau and her husband Dennis of Miscou NB Canada, Evelyn Saboo and her husband Steven of Salisbury MA. She is predeceased by her brother Robert English of Gardner ME. She leaves 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
There will be no funeral services. A celebration of her life will be planned in June 2022.
