Beloved father of Norma Lopez of Florida, Inez Ortiz and Olga Troche both of Chelsea, Sylvia Garcia of Florida, Socorro Gonzalez and Maria Hernandez both of Chelsea and Victor Ruiz, Jr. of Revere. Also lovingly survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews here and Puerto Rico. Cherished grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
