Obituary

STEVENS- Of Malden, formerly of Chelsea, suddenly by accident, April 17th at 59 years of age. Devoted husband of Frances T. (DiPalma). Beloved father of Loreen Mastrocola and her husband John and Lisa Stevens all of Malden. Loving brother of Frederick Stevens and his wife Donna of Abington and John Stevens and his wife Betty of Maryland. Cherished grandfather of Ava Rose Mastrocola. Also lovingly survived by many dear nieces. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Saturday morning, April 22 at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in Our Lady of Grace Church, 59 Nichols Street, CHELSEA at 9 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Friday from 4-8 PM. services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Current Electrical Inspector of the City of Chelsea. Member of the Cary Square Associates, Chelsea Yatch Club, Winnisimmet Club and former member of the National Guard. Born in Chelsea and a resident of Chelsea, Thomas, 59 years of age, passed away shortly after 7 PM Monday evening at The Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston from injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle accident earlier in the evening.

A resident of Malden, Tom was the electrical Inspector for the City of Chelsea at the time of his death. He was a member of the Cary Square Associates, the Winnisimmet Club, the Chelsea Yatch Club and was a former member of the National Guard.
