WEBSTER – Margaret F. (Cyr) Marrier, 97, died Monday, January 16, 2022 in Webster Manor after a period of declining health. Her husband of 56 years, Wilfred E. “Willie” Marrier, died in 2001.
She leaves a daughter, Sandra C. Kunkel and her husband James; a granddaughter, Lisa Halloran, all of Dudley; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandson James Halloran and by 5 brothers and 5 sisters.
She was born on May 31, 1924 in Webster, a daughter of Henry and Stasia (Taberski) Cyr and lived here all her life.
Mrs. Marrier was an assembler at Webster Shoe Company and at B & W Footwear Company for many years, retiring in in 1986. She was a member of Saint Joseph Basilica.
Services will be held privately. There are no calling hours. Donations in her name may be made to the Community Cat Connection, 289 Thompson Road, Webster, MA 01570. Arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster.
