Nicholas D. Raftelis of Buzzards Bay, formerly of Arlington, passed away on January 15th, 2022 at the age of 91.
He was born on February 23rd, 1930 in Plomari, Lesvos Greece. Son of the late Demetrios and Maria (Coutlis) Raftelis. Beloved husband of Mary (Hanzis) Raftelis. Loving father of James Raftelis and his wife Amalia of Buzzards Bay, Michael Raftelis of Sagamore Beach and Paul Raftelis of Arlington. Uncle of Angelo Moskovis and his wife Stacia, and Mary Pappas and her husband Jimmy. Also survived by many relatives and friends. As a result of the ongoing pandemic and the family’s concern for family and friends, all services will be private.
