On Friday, January 14, 2022 Gale M. Constant, age 76 of New Bedford, MA passed away peacefully after a period of declining health. She was the loving wife of 47 years to the late Bradford H. Constant.
Gale spent her life doing what she loved, being the best wife, mother and grandmother.
Gale is survived by her children: Keith Constant and his wife Tatum, Bradford M. Constant, Ethel Jose, and Shawn Constant.
Grandchildren: Amanda Constant and her husband Chris Spellman, Keith Constant, Aubrey Hemingway and her husband Tyler, Christopher Dudley and Cameron Constant and Great Grandsons Benjamin and Bradley Bruce.
Gale's sisters: Cathy Lambert and husband Jim, Nina Ridings and husband Bill, Michelle Vieira and husband Jim, Mona Correia and husband Don Gauthier and sister-in-law Jackie Teixeira and partner Charlie Katsanos and several nieces and nephews.
Gale is pre-deceased by her parents Frank and Viola Teixeira, sister Sylvia Proctor, brother Albert (Sonny) Teixeira and grandson Jaime Jose.
Per Gale's wishes she will be cremated, and a private burial will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Community Nurse Home Care who assisted in her and her late husband's care.
