In East Taunton, January 13, 2022 Patricia C. (Rocha) Aranjo loving wife of the late Robert Aranjo died in her home surrounded by her family at the age of 79. Born and educated in Fall River, Patricia was the daughter of the late Manuel Oliveira and Maria Rocha. She was a retired Caretaker for Paul A. Dever State School in Taunton and before that she worked at Texas Instruments in Attleboro. Patricia enjoyed Knitting, crocheting, going to casinos, crossword puzzles and especially spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Patricia was the loving mother of Robert Aranjo, Christina Lavigne and her husband Mike, James Aranjo, Donna Giroux and her husband Mike, Laurie Fortin, Sandy Aranjo, Mark Aranjo, Jennifer Aranjo, Joshua Aranjo, Nyaisha Aranjo and the late Norma Jean Santos and Patricia Lara. Grandmother of twenty four and great grandmother of twenty two grandchildren. Sister of Rosemarie Camara, Sandy Spearin and her husband Rick, Maryregina Camara and her late husband Ronald, Christina Fernandes Marvel and her husband Jeff and the late Kenny Rocha and his late wife Lisa Cooper. Loving foster mother to many foster children. Special thanks to her children and grandchildren for the loving care for their mother and nana. Calling hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home 70 Washington Street in Taunton on Thursday night January 20th from 4-7 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday morning at Cedar Knoll Cemetery in East Taunton at 11 AM.
