Auburn - David “Ditty” Henry Blanchette, son of the late Alfred Blanchette and Jeanne (Beaudette) Blanchette, passed away Monday January 3, 2022 of natural causes.
David is survived by his son Sean Blanchette of Westminster Mass. And two grandkids. Aiden Blanchette and Madison Blanchette & daughter Erin Gagnon of Gardner and her three children Ashleigh, Robbie, and Phoenix, as well as her granddaughter Amara.
David was married for 35 years to the late Fay Joy (Smith) Blanchette who passed away in 2015.
David was a well-loved school bus driver for many years in Worcester and surrounding towns. He was an avid fisherman and a lifelong yard sale fanatic. David enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was always quick with a laugh or a hug for whoever needed it.
Funeral services are being held privately at the convenience of the family with burial in Note Dame Cemetery, Worcester.
