FAHEY, John J. age 91 of West Roxbury, died on January 6, 2022 after a period of declining health. John was the son of the late John and Mary Fahey of Dorchester. He is predeceased by his loving “Bride” Mary E. Fahey along with his sisters Mary Erlandon and Muriel Fahey. He is survived by his daughters, Marianne Robinson of Orleans and Kathleen (Michael) Mooradian of Waterbury Center, VT as well as four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and his brother George and wife Kate of Plymouth. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and a host of dear friends. John was proud of his Double Eagle status, induction into the Park League Hall of Fame in 1995, 60+ years with the Barbershop Quartet Society and the longest standing member of the Easton Country Club. He was a good friend to many from all walks of life and loved to tell a good story. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St. West Roxbury on Friday, January 14th at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa Church at 10 o’clock.
