William H. “Billy” Dunn, Jr., 72, of Hampstead, NH, passed away Wednesday January 5, 2022, surrounded by family in the Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH of Covid Pneumonia. He was born on February 15, 1949, in Lynn, MA, a son of the late William and Maria (D'Agnese) Dunn. Billy graduated from Swampscott High School and Berkeley School of Music in Boston, MA. He was a life-long musician, having been in numerous bands including Richie and the Renegades and the Great Rubber Band. He worked as a salesman for Allen Motors in Derry and later started his own equine equipment company, Downeast Pet Products. Billy loved all animals but especially horses. He drove in competitive horse driving trails with his Gypsy Cob, Porsche.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Kathi (Rodrick) Dunn, his sister, Donna Dunn Carmody and husband Dickie; his two nieces, Katie and Sarrah Carmody. His brother-in-law, Steven Rodrick and his wife Tarcy, Sister-in-law Cindy Rodrick Travers and husband Gary Travers. His nephews Michael and Jonathan Rodrick and their mother Elizabeth Foye Rodrick Post, Patrick Murphy and his wife Amanda and their children, Seamus and Quinnlan.
