Patricia A. (Magrath) Jansen, 75, of New Bedford, passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2021 at home. She was wife of the late Gordon R. Jansen, Sr.
Born in Dartmouth, she was daughter of the late Everett and Dorothy (King) Magrath. Prior to retirement, she was a presser for Mawhews Dry Cleaning. Patricia enjoyed puzzle making, going to yard sales and watching game shows. She had a heart of gold and was there for everyone.
Survivors include 5 sons: Gordon Jansen, Jr. of Fall River, Mark Jansen of RI, Richard Jansen of New Bedford, Robert Jansen of New Bedford and Everett Jansen of New Bedford; 3 daughters: Ramona Jeffries of Fall River, Donna Viger of New Bedford and Dorothy Jansen of New Bedford; a sister: Joan Taber of CT; 17 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, December 30, 2021 at the Potter Funeral Home at 7:00 P.M.
Visitation will be Thursday from 4 - 7 P.M. prior to the funeral.
Interment will be Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
