O’LEARY Daniel of Quincy, formerly of Hyde Park, Roslindale, and Jamaica Plain died suddenly on December 26, 2021. Former husband of Diane Grace O’Leary (who passed away on December 22, 2021). Loving father of Diane O’Malley of Roslindale. Loving grandfather of Paige O’Malley, Thomas O’Malley, and Martin O’Malley Jr.
Brother of Thomas O’Leary and his wife Lorraine of FL., Joseph O’Leary and his wife Karen of South Boston, James O’Leary and his wife Susan of Needham, and the late William O’Leary and Kathy O’Leary. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Dan loved sitting at the beach and going to Panera's Restaurant with his best friend Herbie Sargeant. He loved cheering at his grandchildren's games and thought nothing of walking on the field pretending to be a coach. He was a good man and a good father.
Funeral services will be announced at a future date in the spring or summer.
