WORCESTER___Theodora F. Lakus, 94, of 52 Country Club Blvd., died Tuesday April 11 in Millbury Healthcare Center, Millbury.
She leaves several nieces and nephews including, Christina Donovan of Bass Harbor, ME, Julie LaTour of Auburn and Patricia Moran and grand nephews and grand nieces including Michael LaTour and Justine LaTour. She was predeceased by two sisters and a brother, Irene Smolskis, Antoinette Matis and Joseph Lakus. She was born in Worcester, a daughter of Joseph and Paulina (Uzballis) Lakus.
Miss Lakus was a hairdresser many years at Helen Beaton on Newbury Street in Boston. She retired many years ago. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church.
The Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday April 25 at 5:30 p.m. in St. Joan of Arc Church, 570 Lincoln St. Burial is private in St. John’s Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joan of Arc Church Renovation Fund, 570 Lincoln St., Worcester, MA 01605. DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., has care of arrangements.
