Esther M. (Terrell) Imbeau, 78, of Wareham passed away Friday December 10, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Roland Imbeau, Jr.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Arthur G. Terrell and Laura (Costa) Florio, she lived in New Bedford, Fall River and Acushnet before moving to Wareham.
Esther was formerly employed as a school van driver for the Freetown School Department and also operated E & E Variety on Dartmouth Street for two years.
She is survived by her children, Mark Imbeau and his wife MaryEllen and Deborah Botelho and her husband Bill; her granddaughter, Amy Imbeau and her fiancé Will; her grandson, Jesse; two great-grandchildren, Elijah and Aysia; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the longtime companion of the late Elaine Roderick, and the sister of the late Helen Guidry, Agnes Seamans, Altina Roper, Marion Shoesmith, Charles Vincent, and Arthur Terrell.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday Dec. 15th at 10 AM at St. Mary's Church, Fairhaven. Burial will follow in Acushnet Cemetery.
